Phone Adapters provided with BroadVoice service in the United States from BroadVoice
carry a 30 day limited warranty. Within the first 30 days, upon customer request
and if the original BroadVoice-provided Phone Adapter malfunctions, a new Phone
Adapter will be sent to the customer and the customer shall be billed for that new
Phone Adapter. Upon return of the original Phone Adapter and after the device has
been tested to ensure the device malfunctioned and was not broken, the customer
shall be refunded the cost of the new Phone Adapter. After the initial 30 days,
customers will not receive a refund for any replacement Phone Adapters.
