Broadvoice Q4 2025 SPIFFS

Broadvoice Q4 2025 SPIFFs run from October 1 – December 31, 2025. To qualify, all sales must be signed by the customer, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before December 31, 2025. SPIFF promotions and payout are subject to change. SPIFFs will decrease if discounts are applied or if contracts are made under 36 months. Canceled or disconnected orders during the life of the original term will result in a SPIFF chargeback. SPIFFs will be paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing. Please contact your Channel Manager with questions. Broadvoice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or end SPIFF promotions at any time. All deals must be approved by Broadvoice management.

b-hive UCaaS SPIFF

6X: Earn up to 6X on b-hive deals with $1,000+ MRR.
5X: Earn up to 5X on b-hive deals under $1,000 MRR.

SPIFF Terms & Conditions

6X SPIFF: Applies to b-hive UCaaS deals above $1,000 MRR (Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts).

5X SPIFF: Applies to b-hive UCaaS deals between $10–$999 MRR (Pro and Standard seats at list price with no discounts).

Key Conditions:

• SPIFF applies only to seat licenses. Excludes hardware, professional services, usage, toll-free packages, minute bundles, metered seats, toll-free numbers, Advanced Analytics, third-party add-ons, and DIDs.
• Services must be contracted for a 3-year term.
• Discounts or shortened contract terms may reduce the SPIFF amount.
• Non-standard requests require SPIFF approval.
• Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.

Additional Notes:

• Add-on orders within 30 days of the initial order billing qualify for the original SPIFF multiplier.
• Cancellations or disconnections during the contract term will result in SPIFF chargebacks.
• SPIFF payouts follow the first full-month customer invoice payment.

Call Path Pricing Rules:

• Maximum 3 seats per 1 call path under the call path pricing model.
• Metered seats, hardware, usage, toll-free packages/numbers, DIDs, Advanced Analytics, and third-party services do not qualify for SPIFFs.

Broadvoice GoContact CCaaS SPIFF

4X SPIFF: Applies to GoContact CCaaS deals (list price with no discounts).

Key Conditions:

• SPIFF applies only to seat licenses. Excludes hardware, professional services, usage, toll-free packages, minute bundles, toll-free numbers, Advanced Analytics, third-party add-ons, and DIDs.
• A minimum of 10 concurrent seats is required.
• Services must be contracted for a 3-year term.
• Discounts or shortened contract terms may reduce the SPIFF amount.
• Non-standard requests require SPIFF approval.
• Canceled or disconnected orders during the contract term will result in SPIFF chargebacks.

Payment Terms:

• SPIFF payouts follow the first full-month customer invoice payment.

Broadvoice SIP SPIFF

3X SPIFF: Earn up to 3X on qualifying SIP Deals. Eligible Partners Only*

Key Details:

• Eligible Packages: SPIFF applies only to SIP packages. DIDs, usage, and other add-ons and third-party add-ons do not qualify.
• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 5 SIP trunks per order is required.
• Discounted Orders: Promotions or discounts on seat pricing disqualify the deal from earning the SPIFF.

Terms & Conditions:

• Services must be contracted for a minimum of 3 years.
• SPIFF payouts are made within the first commission cycle following the customer’s billing.
• Cancellations or disconnections during the contract term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.
• Additional services, such as toll-free numbers, minute bundles, and professional services, are not eligible for the SPIFF.
• Broadvoice reserves the right to validate order eligibility and approve non-standard requests.
