Broadvoice SPIFF – Terms & Conditions
SPIFF Period
Broadvoice SPIFFs run from February 1 – March 31, 2026. To qualify, all sales must be signed by the customer, submitted, and recorded in Broadvoice systems on or before March 31, 2026.
SPIFF promotions and payouts are subject to change. Broadvoice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or end SPIFF promotions at any time. All deals must receive Broadvoice management approval.
Eligibility Requirements
General
- SPIFFs calculated on eligible product MRR and not the total deal value
- Services must be contracted on a 36-month (3-year) term.
- Discounts may reduce SPIFF payouts.
- Non-standard pricing or deal structures require prior SPIFF approval.
- Applies to new customer orders or new locations for existing customers.
- All deals must receive Broadvoice management approval
- SPIFF promotions and payouts are subject to change
UCaaS (b-hive) SPIFF Eligibility
- Minimum of 10 UC seats required for SPIFF eligibility.
- SPIFF applies only to Pro and Standard seats at list price.
- UCCaaS SPIFF applies only to seat licenses, faxes, auto-attendance and call path models. Excludes hardware, professional services, usage, toll-free packages, minute bundles, metered seats, virtual seats, toll-free numbers, Advanced Analytics, third-party add-ons, and DIDs.
Call Path Pricing Rules
- Maximum of 3 seats per 1 call path under the call path pricing model.
- Metered seats and usage-based services are excluded from SPIFFs.

- DIDs and toll-free numbers

CCaaS (Broadvoice GoContact) SPIFF Eligibility
- Minimum of 10 concurrent CCaaS seats required.
- SPIFF applies only to seat licenses at list price.
Excluded from SPIFFs:
- Hardware and phones
- Professional services
- Usage, minute bundles, toll-free packages
- Toll-free numbers and DIDs
- Advanced Analytics
- Third-party add-ons
Combo SPIFF Eligibility & Payout Calculation
- For UCaaS + CCaaS combination deals, the applicable SPIFF multiplier is determined solely by the number of eligible CCaaS licensed seats.
- The multiplier will be applied to the total eligible seat MRR (UCaaS + CCaaS), provided the deal meets the minimum UCaaS seat requirement of 10 or more.
- UCaaS seat count above the minimum does not impact the SPIFF multiplier.
- Full combo SPIFF eligibility and payout require all contracted services to be fully installed and billing. If services are installed at different times, SPIFFs will be paid in phases based on what is live. For example, if UCaaS is installed and billing prior to CCaaS, the UCaaS portion will be paid at the standalone UCaaS SPIFF multiplier. Once CCaaS is installed and billing, the remaining combo SPIFF will be paid, including any incremental accelerator on the UCaaS portion and the applicable combo SPIFF on the CCaaS portion.
Add-On Orders
- Add-on seat orders placed within 30 days of the initial order billing will qualify for the original SPIFF multiplier, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
Chargebacks & Payment
- Orders that are canceled or disconnected during the original contract term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.
- SPIFFs are paid in the commission cycle following payment of the first full month of customer invoicing.
- SPIFF eligibility and payout are based on the final contracted and installed seat counts at the time-of-service delivery. If a deal changes prior to or during service delivery, SPIFFs will be adjusted accordingly and may be reduced.
- If a deal remains eligible but falls into a lower seat tier, the SPIFF multiplier will be adjusted to the applicable lower tier. Any overpayment resulting from such changes is subject to clawback.

SIP SPIFF Eligibility
- Eligible Packages: SPIFF applies only to SIP packages. DIDs, usage, and other add-ons and third-party add-ons do not qualify.
- Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 5 SIP trunks per order is required.
- Discounted Orders: Promotions or discounts on trunk pricing disqualify the deal from earning the SPIFF.
Terms & Conditions:
- Services must be contracted for a minimum of 3 years.
- SPIFF payouts are made within the first commission cycle following the customer’s billing.
- Cancellations or disconnections during the contract term will result in a SPIFF chargeback.
- Additional services, such as toll-free numbers, minute bundles, and professional services, are not eligible for the SPIFF.
- Broadvoice reserves the right to validate order eligibility and approve non-standard requests.
