At Broadvoice we are constantly growing, and we are excited to add Brian Kulich and Mony Chhay to our Sales Engineering team.
Brian Kulich joins us with over 16 years in the telecommunications field. He’s a sales engineer certified in voice, design, and network since 2011. Brian’s most current experience is in UCaaS, CCaaS and networking. His focus in UCaaS over the last couple of years has been on the integration and readiness for migrating voice users into Microsoft Teams. He has in-depth experience evaluating current and future client needs with consideration of the challenges and goals to provide a customized approach. Brian has proven success in completing multimillion-dollar projects for major companies in North America, EMEA and APAC. His career has evolved through the years, and he has worked with a variety of clients in a pre-sales engineering role. Each were major corporations in their own regard and their needs and demands varied widely as well. Nevertheless, he has consistently delivered cost-effective, top-notch engineering, customer service and support. At Broadvoice, Brian will prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products and services to Broadvoice partners.
Mony Chhay joins us with over 20 years of computer industry experience with a strong expertise in customer experiences with call center and unified communications. His most important role was with Intrado Corporation as a Call Center Sales Engineer – SME. He was responsible for the successful launch of Cisco’s Customer Journey Platform, Cisco’s HCS-CC, and the Intrado’s own proprietary call center product, CC Pro. Inside the company, Mony was recognized as an expert for all things contact center, providing sales support for Intrado’s sales and account teams to sell contact center. He has a great passion for call center technology and keeping up with current technology while embracing the newest breakthroughs to help sell incremental benefits for customers – including improvements to their businesses with technologies such as Natural Language (NLP), CRM Integrations, Mobility, Persistent Messaging, Artificial Intelligence, and Self-service. He’s also held call center focused positions at NTT, Uniphore, Five9, Hewlett Packard, 3Com, and Microsoft – holding numerous positions such as Senior Sales Engineering, Solutions Design & Consulting, and Partner Tech Business Development. He graduated with an MBA from Santa Clara University and currently resides in Seattle, WA, after 30+ years living in the San Francisco Bay area. He loves to read computer industry news daily and enjoys embracing the latest technological gadgets. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, basketball, mountain biking, and computer games.
